The Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Castellón awarded him an award in 1989 for the seniority of the company.
In 1985 the pallet was introduced as a new marketing product and the Pallets Castillo brand was created, at the same time that technological innovation and professionalization in the production process were committed.
With the introduction of the PALLETS CASTILLO brand and the commitment of its management to the professionalization of production and technological innovation, the company has become a leader and reference in the sector, consolidating itself as the largest manufacturer of EUR-EPAL pallets in Spain.
Since 2012, Pallets Castillo is an associate member of the Association of Manufacturers of Pallets and Wood Products for Maintenance (FAPROMA), integrated into the Spanish Federation of Wood Industries (FEIM).
And this, in turn, is part as a full member of the European Federation of Manufacturers of Pallets and wooden packaging (for its acronym in English FEFPEB).
On May 10, 2018, Pallets Castillo Brasil Comercializadora Ltda was created, made up of more than 30 sawmills in Brazil, with which we have a guaranteed supply of wood even in the most difficult moments of raw material scarcity.
Thanks to technological innovation and the improvements made in the production process, added to the fact that we have our own transport, it gives us the possibility of having sufficient stock to be able to supply our clients in the shortest possible time.
The high commitment to our customers to offer them the best quality and the best service, can be seen in the existing demand in the different phases of the production chain.
First, with a network of agents who inspect and guarantee the quality of the wood at source.
Subsequently, during the transformation process, different quality tests are carried out.
During inventories, we check that our pallets are in perfect condition.
Finally at the right time of distribution, we review all loads, to ensure that we guarantee the satisfaction of our customers.
Our production at Pallets Castillo is 4,000,000 million pallets per year.
